Hi! My name is Sara and I am a nanny. I work full time in Portland caring for a three year old boy and his infant brother. I will be off in December from the 21st through New Years and I am available for babysitting/nannying in the Mt. Hood area . I am also available many weekends throughout the year. I live in a house Government Camp so I can watch kids here or at your place.
I have experience with breast fed infants who are learning to use a bottle, potty training and shy children. My most recent experience is with infants, preschoolers and elementary aged kids. My CPR certification is current. I am mature, dependable and a great cook (I'm told.) I do not drink, smoke or use illicit drugs of any kind.
I like to play all sorts of games, go for short hikes and walks throughout the area, cook and bake, arts and crafts, read, sled down the Glade Trail, and snowshoe. If you want someone to take your younger kids to Ski Bowl to play, I can do that too. I am not a very good skier, but I love to snowshoe.
I have two bachelor degrees from Washington State University. One is in history (which is what brought me to Mt. Hood) and the other in humanities.
My rates are $12-18 depending on the number of kids and I am available for overnight stays as well. I charge a flat rate of $75 for overnights beginning at 9 pm and ending at 8 am.
